A Stage to master
For 4 days you will be trained in paddle techniques, stand up paddle, but also Hawaiian canoe and giant paddle on the Bassin d’Arcachon.
The pedagogical progression is done gently, at the pace of each one with personalized advice and exercises.
You will be supervised by Oriane, holder of a federal patent in stand up paddle and a CQP canoe kayak.
During this course you will learn to navigate and use the different supports and equipment but also to understand your own environment at the place of practice (currents, winds, tides, etc.) and you will carry out an excursion at the end of the course.
All this in a fun way, and in a good mood!
