Stand Up Paddle Basics
Our discovery stand up paddle lessons are accessible to anyone who can practice a physical activity, between Arcachon and La Teste de Buch.
Children from 10years old can take part in an initiation session.
During our lessons: you will discover the equipment, you will learn to row correctly with the paddle, to balance on the board, to adopt a good standing attitude, to row while holding a heading then you will discover how to maneuver with your board and you you will have fun doing freestyle.
